Tupu-ā-rangi is one of the nine stars of the Matariki cluster. All profits from our Matariki Collection sales go to support our te reo Māori programme in learning communities across Aotearoa New Zealand. We thank you for your contribution to revitalising te reo Māori for our tamariki mokopuna and their kaiako. Ko Tupu-ā-rangi te whetū e hono ana ki ngā kai kei runga i te whenua. He tohu anō ki te ngahere o Tāne Mahuta, ngā manu me te taiao hoki. Tupu-ā-rangi connects to food sources from above the ground. He also signifies the forest realm of Tāne Mahuta, birds and the environment.
