Matariki is one of the stars of the Matariki cluster. All profits from our Matariki Collection sales go to support our te reo Māori programme in learning communities across Aotearoa New Zealand. We thank you for your contribution to revitalising te reo Māori for our tamariki mokopuna and their kaiako. Ko Matariki te kaitiaki me te whaea o te kāhui Matariki. He tohu anō ki te tūmanako, te whakaaroaro, te whakawhanaungatanga me te huitahitanga hoki. E hono ana a Matariki ki te oranga tangata me te taiao. Matariki is the guardian and mother of the Matariki cluster. She’s also a sign of hope, reflection, building relationships and gathering together. Matariki connects to the wellbeing of people and the environment.
