Waitā is one of the nine stars of the Matariki cluster. All profits from our Matariki Collection sales go to support our te reo Māori programme in learning communities across Aotearoa New Zealand. We thank you for your contribution to revitalising te reo Māori for our tamariki mokopuna and their kaiako. Ko Waitā te whetū e hono ana ki te moana nui o Tangaroa. He tohu anō ki te kaitiakitanga o ngā momo ika me te tai. Waitā connects to the great seas of Tangaroa. He’s also a sign to safeguard our marine life and oceans.
